Atlantic Terminal Mall is just ten minutes from the home, and the station it's joined to provides a direct link to Manhattan. Hop in an Uber, and you'll reach Downtown Brooklyn in ten minutes or Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in 15 minutes.

Pops of modern artwork, handpainted French wallpaper and black Peruvian walnut wood floors curate Vanderbilt Avenue beautifully. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area is magnificent, with wooden flooring, contrasting dark blue cabinets, sleek wood, and Carrera marble countertops. The elegant main living space features a fireplace, a piano, and plush seating facing a huge semi-circular window. A spacious and tastefully furnished office, and an additional toilet, comprise the rest of the floor. Two additional guest rooms are on the upper floor with a shared bathroom and overlook the terrace, with impressive views of the Clinton Hill landscape beyond.
